Much has been said about Tesla's controversial Cybertruck, but one negative review from a popular YouTuber has made many realize how 'terrifying' many of the car's features really are.

Major flaws have been revealed in the Cybertruck, and an abandoned version of the vehicle managed to draw crowds before being towed away, but that hasn't stopped many Tesla fans from still buying into the project - especially if many have been waiting for over five years.

Some have made the jump to much cheaper and much older petrol trucks for the winter, but one YouTuber's decision to sell their $100,000 Cybertruck after just 50 days of use has caused quite the stir on social media.

Snazzy Labs - a channel dedicated to tech tips, news, and reviews - has reviewed Tesla's Cybertruck, slating it heavily for it's lackluster build, poor customer service, and dangerous feature set.

Worryingly, the truck pales in comparison not only to cheaper Tesla models but much cheaper cars in general, with poor build materials a particularly glaring problem.

What has caused most to worry though are the countless 'terrifying' issues that make the Cybertruck sound like a danger on the roads.

"The fact that you have to move things around on the touchscreen while driving is kinda terrifying," explains one commenter, "Like your ad spot is literally saying people should pay attention to the road when driving, which you apparently can't do in this thing."

This is in reference to the fact that the truck lacks a behind-the-wheel screen to show your current speed and often blocks the rearview mirror, leading you to have to look at the central control panel, which doesn't even rotate towards the driver - something present in other Tesla cars.

Others have pointed out the dangers of the stainless steel construction, which is supposed to make the car more structurally sound: "Not having a crumple zone and the thing being built out of solid stainless steel is terrifying."

The same commenter also points out the deficiencies in the cars locking system, arguing that "having purely electronic locks in an electric car is terrifying, considering how they burn."

Another flaw appears to be the lack of steering wheel feedback, which can cause serious issues in adverse weather conditions. One user points out that "with no steering wheel feedback, driving on ice must be terrifying having no idea what the wheels are doing."

All in all it doesn't exactly feel like the Cybertruck has stood up well in the court of public opinion, but that still hasn't stopped Snazzy Labs from claiming it's a good car and one they would recommend, despite slating it for 20 minutes beforehand.

"You just spent 20 minutes making huge complaints that would be unacceptable on any other car," points out one user, "and then concluded 'it's a good truck' dawg shut up."

Perhaps there's something in the Cybertruck that makes it hard to hate even despite its problems, or perhaps its a classic case of sunk cost fallacy considering the long wait and extortionate price.
