Elon Musk refuses to have his children meet his father.
The tech billionaire admitted that he didn't have the best relationship with his dad growing up.
“You have no idea about how bad. Almost every crime you can possibly think of, he has done,” Elon previously said. “Almost every evil thing you could possibly think of, he has done […] It’s so terrible, you can’t believe it.”
He’s never shared the exact details, but whatever happened was bad enough for him and his first wife, Justine, to agree that their kids would have no part in Errol’s life. However, the SpaceX founder mentioned that his relationship went from bad to irreparable when he discovered that Errol had a child with his own stepdaughter, Jana Bezuidenhout.

According to Ashlee Vance’s biography, Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future, Musk agreed with his first wife Justine Wilson that they would not let their children be around Errol Musk.
In 2017, a year after 'reconnecting', Errol and his stepdaughter Jana formed a romantic relationship and welcomed their first child, who was soon followed by their second.
Jana, who had been part of the Musk family since she was four, was 30 years old when she had a baby with Errol, who is now 79 years old.
Elon's father explained that he and Jana began their relationship while he 'helped her get over a breakup'.
Understandably, Elon was furious. And the 53-year-old has reportedly disowned his father since making the revelation.
According to Elon’s biographer, Walter Isaacson, Musk had been wary of his father’s behaviour toward Jana long before their relationship became public.
"Elon was getting concerned that Errol, who was 56, was becoming uncomfortably attentive to one of his stepdaughters, Jana, who was then 15," Isaacson alleged.
"Elon became furious at his father for what he perceived to be inappropriate behaviour and he developed a deep sympathy for Errol's stepchildren."
A relative of the family told the Daily Mail: "Errol got Jana pregnant. He is the father of her baby boy, but he was a father to her.
"The whole family was outraged when we found out. This is the reason why Elon is so angry with Errol.
"He is the only father she has ever known. And now he is the father of her child as well."
Meanwhile, Errol doesn’t even consider Jana - or any of the children from his four previous wives - to be his stepchildren.
Reflecting on breaking the news to his biological daughter, Ali, he recalled: " I thought she [Ali] would be supportive and understanding. She said I was insane, mentally ill. She told the others and they went berserk."
