Explaining how he did it, the YouTuber said: “Consistency will always pay off, man.
“You might not know exactly the path or direction you want to take, but we have that vision of what we want to create for ourselves, family, and our lives.
“You just have to put work into that direction and learn and grow as you’re working towards that.”
He went on to say: “People say, ‘Bro, you did all that just to get that much of a return.’ I’m building the foundation, man.
“Dollar-cost averaging works… You gotta figure out what fits your budget and start contributing. You can see results like these.”
And the results have sparked a huge response online, with many people taking to the YouTube comment section to share their own reactions to the video.
One user wrote: “Keep going my friend! $8 a day doesn't seem like a lot, but extrapolate that over 20 years and you will kill it for sure!”

Another said: “You have great perspective. You are really not concerned with where things are at this year or next year but where you’re at 5 years, 10 years and 20 years from now is what counts. As far as return, as you learn and grow in your investing journey, the percentage returns will grow. Keep building that foundation and the mountain will grow!!”
A third person commented: “I tell ppl this. You got 13 percent in a little over a year. Most jobs maybe give 3,5, percent raises a year. The market averages 8-10 percent even in a bad year for 40 plus years. Do the math lol. 13 percent sounds like a little to some ppl but it’s actually a lot for a return that’s you dnt have to work for.”
And a fourth added: “I personally reached 100K by age 30 & you currently have more than what I had at your age. Great work. Keep moving forward.”
