Elon Musk has teased his next appearance on the highly popular Joe Rogan Experience podcast as 'spicy tamale', as he's set to discuss his role in government, his various companies, and even alien life.

Joe Rogan's self-titled podcast has remained near the top of the charts for years now, and despite a small blip a few months ago where a new contender snatched the throne, Rogan's popularity is largely unmatched.

He's featured countless high-profile guests from a wide variety of places, including names like Mike Tyson, Bill Burr, Edward Snowden, and even current US President Donald Trump.

Controversially, his refusal to have Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris on the podcast pre-election landed him in hot water, but his viewership has remained consistent and faithful despite this, with many arguing that his decision to favor Trump played a part in his victory.

One key high-profile regular on the show is Elon Musk, who has appeared in five previous episodes with his first (#1169) being all the way back in September 2018.

He's now set to appear once again for a sixth time, teasing his own appearance as 'spicy' on his social media account.

"Just did a long @JoeRogan episode," declared Musk, following it up by explaining that it "will be a spicy tamale [chilli emoji] [laughing emoji]."

'The Roundtable Show' host Mario Nawfal has given further insight into the potential topics that Musk and Rogan will likely end up discussing, and it'll certainly give many a reason to tune in.

"With Elon and Joe's track record of no-holds-barred conversations, the speculation is already running wild about what they might have tackled this time around," writes Nawfal on X.

"Most likely topics are the Department of Government Efficiency slashing bureaucracy, Tesla, SpaceX, Trump's D.C. shakeup, and of course...aliens."

This would be Musk's first appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience since Trump officially returned to office as president for a second term, appointing Elon as head of the Department of Government Efficiency.

He has become keenly involved in government affairs, slashing large sums of federal spending, which some experts have called into question, and targeting the jobs of over 100,000 employees through a widespread email request.

Musk and DOGE's actions have been made active through their official X accounts, so there's no doubt that much of what has happened so far in the current administration will be revealed with relative transparency.

Many will also be keenly listening out for any Tesla news following disappointing sales reports at the end of 2024, alongside criticism surrounding the implementation of full self-driving (FSD) tech in older Tesla vehicles.
