A man took vitamin B for 30 days to see what effects it would have and saw insane impacts on his body.

The YouTuber, who is known online as Dr. LeGrand Peterson, documented the experiment for his 142,000 subscribers.

Explaining his reasons behind the challenge, Dr. LeGrand revealed that he was interested to see how a daily dose of vitamin B would ‘help with my mental health, with my energy, and especially with my ADHD’.

The YouTuber said: “If you’ve been deficient for a long time you’re not gonna see much of a difference that first week, so I wasn’t expecting to see any changes.”

However, by the second week, Dr. LeGrand shared that his energy levels were ‘improving’ after first experiencing a dip.

He added: “By the third week, this is when I started to see that my mood was improving, now what improved as far as my mood, where I didn’t notice that i wasn’t as stressed I wasn’t as agitated as much because the very first week and even into the second week without taking my other supplements I felt a little off, I felt a little more agitated and stressed, by the third week that started to improve.”

Dr. LeGrand continued: “By that 30 day mark, I noticed that I did start have more of a clear mind, it did improve my focus but not to the extent of when I take my other supplements, but it definitely did improve from the beginning, from day one to day 30.”

“I would say from my experience, I wouldn’t say it’s the best thing to just only just take b vitamins,” he added.

“I think there’s definitely other things that you need to incorporate because there’s definitely other essential types of vitamins and minerals that our body needs especially if you have ADHD or mental health.”

Many people took to the YouTube comment section to share their reactions to the experiment.

One user wrote: “I didn't felt energy increase when I was taking vitamin B, but I felt everyday was a wonderful day, and very happy.”

Another said: “It's really scary when you said that you felt low after you stoped taking other supplements because it really shows the dependency on drug!”

And a third person added: “I like how you stopped all your other supplements. That is a great tip to figure out exactly how something works, or whether it works or not.”
